Returns and Refund Policy

At Phantasma LLC, doing business as Phantasma, Phantasma Card Shop, and/or PhantasmaLV, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by us in writing.

Due to the nature of trading card game products, collectible items, sealed merchandise, preorder items, and event registrations, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Section 1 - Sealed Products

All sealed products are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to, booster boxes, booster packs, starter decks, structure decks, bundles, elite trainer boxes, collection boxes, sealed cases, accessories, deck boxes, sleeves, binders, playmats, and similar products.

Opened sealed products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. We do not guarantee specific card pulls, chase cards, card values, print quality, grading outcomes, or resale value from any sealed product.

If a sealed product appears to have a manufacturer defect, missing component, or packaging issue, the customer may be required to contact the manufacturer directly. We may assist where reasonable, but manufacturer defects do not automatically qualify for a refund, return, or exchange from Phantasma.

Section 2 - Singles and Collectible Items

All sales of individual trading cards, also known as “singles,” are final.

This applies to both in-store and online purchases.

Card condition is assessed in good faith, but condition can be subjective. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, available photos, and condition notes before purchasing.

Raw cards are not guaranteed to receive any specific grade from a third-party grading company. No statement regarding card condition should be interpreted as a guarantee of grading results, market value, future resale value, or acceptance by a grading company.

Section 3 - Event Entries and Tickets

All event entries, tournament registrations, and tickets are final sale and non-refundable.

Credits, transfers, or refunds may be issued only if an event is canceled by Phantasma or if we expressly approve an exception in writing.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, player disqualifications, removal from an event due to misconduct, or failure to meet event eligibility requirements.

Event details, including start times, formats, prize structures, capacity, and rules, may be subject to change. Participation may also be subject to publisher rules, store policies, and code-of-conduct requirements.

Section 4 - Preorders

All preorders are final once payment is processed, unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Phantasma in writing.

Preorder products are subject to manufacturer release schedules, distributor allocation, product shortages, shipping delays, and other circumstances outside our control.

If a product release is delayed, allocation changes, or fulfillment is affected by availability, Phantasma reserves the right to adjust fulfillment timelines, limit quantities, cancel affected orders, issue a refund, or issue store credit at our discretion.

Placing a preorder does not guarantee delivery, pickup, or fulfillment by a specific date.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Phantasma is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier, except where required by applicable law.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is not received by the customer, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and following the applicable carrier claim process. We may assist where reasonable, but we cannot guarantee a replacement, refund, or store credit for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

For insured shipments, claims may need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Any replacement, refund, or credit related to an insured shipment may depend on the outcome of the carrier’s claim process.

Section 6 - Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If you believe there was an error with your order, including receiving the wrong item, a missing item, or an item damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

We may request photos, packaging materials, order information, tracking information, or other documentation to review the issue.

Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, refund, or another remedy determined by Phantasma on a case-by-case basis.

Failure to contact us within 7 days may limit our ability to review or resolve the issue.

Section 7 - Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed, prepared for pickup, shipped, or fulfilled.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If a cancellation request is approved, the refund method and timing will be determined by Phantasma and any applicable payment processor rules.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, distributor allocation changes, abuse of promotions, or violation of our policies.

Section 8 - Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation, account suspension, refusal of future service, cancellation of event registrations, and/or restriction from future purchases.

We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, customer communications, policy acknowledgments, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, banks, or dispute-resolution providers.

Section 9 - Case-by-Case Review

Although all sales are generally final, Phantasma may review certain issues on a case-by-case basis.

Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of Phantasma and does not create a right to future refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or exceptions.
